Delivery Information

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within *1–3 business days* and shipped via trusted carriers which may take an additional 2-4 days thereafter. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected. 

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping options:

  • Standard Delivery (within 2-4 working days): FOC. Delivery across UK Mainland. 

  • Express Delivery (within 2 working days): Ranging from £6.00 to £15.00. The shipping cost will vary based on the total weight or amount of your order. 

Where do we ship to?

The Forest Belle delivers to the UK Mainland within 2-4 days. We cannot deliver outside the standard UK borders.

*Please note: During busy periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Live Plant Disclaimer

Please note that all live plants are carefully packed and shipped to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. However, as living items, plants are sensitive to time spent in transit or in unattended parcels.

Important:
We strongly recommend that someone is available to receive your order upon delivery. Prolonged exposure to heat, cold, or lack of light and ventilation while in the parcel may cause deterioration or damage to the plant.

We cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused by:

  • Delays in collecting your parcel from the courier or post office

  • Incorrect delivery information provided at checkout

  • Extended exposure due to missed deliveries

If you anticipate any delivery challenges, please contact us in advance so we can do our best to assist.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

How to return an item:

  1. Email us at theforestbelle@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll send you return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable)

  3. Send your item back and we’ll process your refund or exchange once received

Please note: Return shipping fees may apply unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

What happens if my parcel has arrived damaged? 

At The Forest Belle, we take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. In the rare event that your items are damaged during transit, please contact us at theforestbelle@gmail.com within the first 24 hours of receiving your package. Include images of the damaged items and the box they arrived in. We will evaluate the damage and discuss the next steps with you, whether that involves sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your account within 14 working days. Please note that we cannot process the refund unless the item(s) have been returned to us.
